My recent experience with the GoMining app left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. As someone who values transparency and reliability in digital platforms, I must say that this app failed to meet even the most basic expectations. After eagerly signing up for the app through my friend's referral link, I proceeded to create an NFT as prompted by the app immediately after completing my account registration. I was eagerly anticipating the promised 7-day trial discount. However, much to my dismay, not only did I not receive the discount, but my account failed to show up in my friend’s referral tab. This meant they were denied the royalties they were entitled to for referring me. Hoping to resolve this issue, both my friend and I reached out to the support team, only to be met with five days of frustrating communication. The responses we received were not only contradictory but also failed to address the root cause of the problem. Finally, after days of back-and-forth, a support representative named Max provided a list of steps users supposedly need to follow to receive the discount and royalties. According to Max, users must jump through numerous hoops, including creating a new account, passing KYC, contacting support to be added as a referral, waiting for confirmation, and only then making a purchase. But why should users be burdened with such a convoluted process? If the GoMining app functioned properly, it should have guided users seamlessly through these steps without the need for manual intervention. The fact that the app prompted users to create a new NFT first led us to inadvertently proceed in the wrong order, as per Max's explanation, resulting in the absence of the discount and royalties. Despite following Max's instructions diligently, he refused to acknowledge any fault on the app's part, instead blaming us for not following the correct order. This blatant disregard for accountability only adds insult to injury. In conclusion, I cannot recommend the GoMining app to anyone. Its broken referral system, inadequate customer support, and a refusal to address glaring issues make it a frustrating and ultimately futile platform. My advice? Save yourself the hassle and steer clear of this app altogether.

Absolutely one of the worst laid out worst put together absolutely terrible to navigate applications. Won’t even let me end the application and now that I’ve joined it they want to try and charge me more money for something. I don’t want!

Regardless of balance, deleting the account is impossible if you don’t meet minimum balance and fees. Once you’re kinda stuck with the account even if you logout.
