Money sent not reflecting

Money sent to my account is not reflecting only for the bank app to post that they are working on it lol

Not working on latest iOS devices

Since I updated my app, all I get is blank screen after launching the application Device is iPhone 14pro with latest OS

Bad

This app looks like it only to fetch people’s information. You are not allowed to do anything. When you put in your BVN it says wrong BVN. It’s wired

Worst bank ever

Been in uk for 3 years plus, needed a virtual bank, so I saw this online, created an account and when it comes to verification, from the requirements needed, I submitted my national Id (NIMC)… since that’s the only Nigerian Id I still have.. waited for days and still not verified, contacted the customer care.. they demanded my ID, and Id number typed out, account no and name, a selfie of me holding my Id, my Bvn, my registered active no… I submitted all this only for about two weeks Lta and nothing.. contacted them again, and they said that my verification was not successful and I should share another valid Id.. in total this bank is a pure joke!!! Deserves a zero star

Great App but needs faceid

Go money is a great app to use but without Face ID you are extremely vulnerable when transferring in public.

Enable Dark Mode

The app can be blindingly bright. Enable a dark mode option. This is almost the end of 2022 and users are forced to settle for such brightness. That’s not user friendliness or a good user experience. Using the app at night can be very harsh on the eyes. More so, for a banking app, it’s a security risk to use it outside once it’s dark, with the screen being so bright no matter how much you dim the brightness. Some of the transaction categories don’t work. You also can’t change a transaction category for some categories after completing the transaction and going back to the home page.

Useless Institution

Customer service is zero. If you like your money, please avoid this nonsense

This people are not serious. Can’t call them a bank

Please what kind of id verification do you people what again? I uploaded my id yet you people are asking for verification without even approving or declining my previous request I am so fed up of you people.. you people are not serious And not trustworthy

It just works!

I love it. Gomoney just works for me! The app is very easy to use. I recently moved abroad and I had no issues changing my phone number to an international one. Something that would have been close to impossible with my other banks
