Looks like recently the update made it not possible to use anymore
Utter useless since the new update what is this? It doesn’t even show real time properly I’m gonna have to un install
Since analytics moved to GA4 it's become basically unusable for the regular user. To start with you either need to be a developer to set it up, or pay someone to do it, as its so complicated and convoluted. The new interface is a UX disaster. The simplest tasks now require a science degree or hours of searching through help forums and articles. Absolutely ridiculous what they created here, with no consideration for their users.
I only have one site so it should not have been complicated to move to GA4. But it is and I’ve no idea if my site is even being indexed by google. No help from GA at all just reams if documents that is no help. What a mess
Updated the app and now all the screen simply say “Opps” something went wrong. Did nobody test the app before release?
Since the new ‘look’ of this app a few weeks ago, I am unable to use it. Google Analytics is an incredibly useful tool but there’s no point having it on my phone if I can’t use it. I’m deleting the app as a result and will be monitoring my website visits from a browser instead.
From the start of Sept 2022, this app no longer shows the ‘hour by hour’ website hits. Why? Knowing what times of day clients visited was vital in the years I’ve used analytics for my rental properties. I contacted your help desk and was told this was an ‘update’ for the app, but it could be still seen on a desktop. Being mobile it the whole point of an app, and I travel all the time. Now all we get to view is the number of users per day, not her hour. How can one thus target a timed promotion? Please reinstate if you can. One of the more useful features has been destroyed by the latest update. Real-time used to have all the information required within a single swipe of the screen. It has now been replaced by scrolling for ages to get at the relevant data. In addition the “was this helpful?” Thumbs up and down are utterly useless and impossible to clear further compounding the issue of scrolling down. The widgets within real-time also no longer display the total counts. Please revert it! Ignoring this recent insanity the app has been absolutely perfect! Would be a 5 star otherwise.
The ‘real time’ tab has been single handedly destroyed by the latest update. It’s now one big scrolling mess. I’m now on the verge of deleting this app after having enjoyed using it for several years prior. Why do I need to rate thumbs up or thumbs down on the fields of data? it’s bizarre and unnecessary. App destroyed in one foul swoop!
