Since the default units of measure are now meters and kilometers, it ends up defaulting to show them even after I change the settings while signed in. This doesn’t even matter because after changing the settings to feet, yards and miles, all I get is yards at all distances. Either way the distance tool is unusable as it stands. Maybe I’m doing something wrong or am missing something it’s ridiculous to say the least.
You can find a lot of cool stuff in Google maps like crashed planes and wrecked ships and more!
Alas, it is no longer possible to look at photos pinned on the map, as it causes the app to go completely insane on my iPad, requiring a reboot to fix.
App freezes when measuring distance. Pretty much useless for this task. Please fix.
The controls are weird
Is historical imagery not available any longer? I enjoy the app but I mainly used it for historical satellite imagery…
It’s cool how you can walk around in different places and it helps a lot with traveling and if ur a tourist u can test places so it’s pretty cool but maybe you can add more pics of all the places!But the game is good and that’s all bye!
The measurement tool constantly freezes up for me and has been moved to the left hand side where it is harder to use for right handed people. When i click on things the screen goes all green and kicks me out the app, used to be so good before recent updates.
I love it but most of the time the map glitch’s to much
The former beauty of this app was in it’s simplicity. Now it plain just doesn’t work. There must be an alternative.
