Anyone can join a meeting on Meet via an invitation. However, some capabilities are available only to Google Workspace customers.
With Google Workspace, you and your team can:
Enjoy helpful features like live captions, breakout rooms and noise cancellation* to make meetings more productive.
Attend meetings on the go. Meetings organised by Google Workspace users also create a dial-in phone number for each meeting so that every guest can join – without Wi-Fi or data.

Permissions notice
Camera: Needed to allow others to see you during video meetings.
Microphone: Needed to allow others to hear you during meetings.
Photo library: Needed to allow you to select your account profile picture.

Very clear when the participants switch off their mic when there’s a speaker.

The Google Meeting is very much convenient and great app to use I’d recommend it any day

Pretty good but…

This is pretty good ( as it says in the title) but really glitchy can’t see anyone’s camera so it’s really annoying and and this new version is really hard to get used to can you go back to the old version also can’t hear anyone sometimes so pls fix this IF YOU EVEN Check MESSAGES LIKE THIS btw check zoom out

If you guys could get around to improving the apps for Docs, Slides and Sheets now, that would be great! Have a look at what Pages and Word are like on an iPad Pro. You can do much better.
