Sound on webinar
I logged in with ease on my PC. There was no sound on a webinar (PC). Thereafter I logged in on my phone and the sound was very soft, it came and went. I had to use bluetooth earphones to be able to hear. Please investigate.

I’m new to Webex (started use in September 2022) I’ve found it cert user friendly so far! Sound quality, video quality all excellent! No complaints. Keep up the good work !
Wonderful quality
The quality is very good.
Too complex
This is not a click & play app. This may be due to the way the client is using the app or it is just cumbersome
Irritating App
Awful to use. The worst teleconference app by far. Probably only 1 in 2 of my meetings ever take place due to various complexities. Every other app I use is so much simpler.

🙏🏻 we’ve been using it for our weekly prayer meetings. Works well, especially if there is a controller to mute participants because of the time delay from some participants. Takes a bit of getting used to when to mute and unmute yourself but once you get the hang of it, it works well and you don't have to use the video function and u can still hear the others while u are in mute mode. Thanks you.
