I love it Soo much it helps me learn a lot even though I already learned it but one time I wanted to read a book and I saw ONLY TWO BOOKS WERE FREE AND THE REST NEADED MONEY!?My mom cannot so can you make it free?

Unable to log in using iPad
Paid for subscription and it was working fine on both my iPad and iPhone. But recently unable to use the app on iPad. Doesn’t allow me to log in. However it works fine on my iPhone. Please fix this!

got locked out after subscribing
paid for a 3 month subscription and got locked out of my account suddenly. reached out to feedback multiple times but they are extremely unhelpful. problem is still not solved after 1 week, despite me providing all evidence of purchase. I feel like i got cheated of my money!
Cannot load app
The app is stuck at loading screen and cannot be loaded.
Cannot play
Recent version update cause the app to be stuck at the start screen. Please fix it asap.
App is broken after latest update
App is good till it broke after the latest update. On my iPad, I cannot progress beyond the main page. Clicking on the play button does nothing and I am stuck on the main page. Please kindly look into this issue as this is a subscription based app and not being able to use it due to a bug is not helping. On iOS 16.2.
Great app but recent update made it unable to load
Have had this app for my kids for 1+ years now, it has helped and improved their Chinese. But since the recent update 2 days ago, the app will not load and is stuck on the “play button”.
App not working after bug fixed update
Disappointed bug fix update, when open the app the play icon was not working after pressed, sometimes the play icon never appear. Fix bugs become create bugs.
Great but app is hanging after 看
My five year old loves it so much I paid for the subscription, but the app auto shuts down when we tried to load “看” and we’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it; switched the phone off etc. can someone please help? No point keeping the subscription if we can’t move on with the games.
