I absolutely loved this game! I played daily and it was a really fun game. I won a level in one of the mini games however and never received my energy reward. I contacted customer support and they responded saying I did receive my reward and refused to fix the games error! So I’m done. No point in spending time or money on a cheating game.

You can’t really do anything unless you’re spending money. Update: I have spent over 50 dollars playing this game lol I enjoy it but it’s expensive.
It’s super fun and addictive but like other games like it it becomes too hard, and takes too long to advance and for me it was too expensive because I start to spend bits here and here and it’s adding up to be too much… it’s going to most likely go into the stow of games that I have to uninstall for my own good …
Great game all in all but I only got about 15 minutes of playing time in each sitting because the game kept crashing.😔
This game is fun, but it takes a massive amount of energy to create any item needed to serve customers. You can only increase your energy by waiting 2 minutes for 1 “energy bolt” so you’re left waiting hours to play the game. You can purchase energy with gems, however, the cost continues to increase from 40, 80, 160 gems and the energy amount stays the same at 100 energy bolts, which goes insanely fast. In order to play the game and actually make progress you have to spend real money, and it’s not cheap. The options are ranging from 1.99-12.99 and again, you only get 100 energy bolts. It’s a total rip off.
When I first started playing, I could complete the month long event without buying the upgrade. Then, I couldn’t complete it unless I purchased the $4.99 upgrade. Now, I can’t complete it unless I purchase the $7.99 upgrade. Additionally, it’s impossible to complete the mini games without purchasing a power pack, which are not cheap. And then we have the card collection mini game, which has become a complete joke. There are like 12-15 sets you have to complete to get the grand prize. I currently have almost 200 useless cards and only one completed set. Yes, I can’t trade them in for a prize (at 100, 200, and 400 cards), but to have that many extra cards and only one completed set is ridiculous! But, they don’t neglect to give me a pop-up for energy and gems to help me complete it. I have decided to no longer put money into the game and just play the free play. As someone who works in IT, I try to support development teams financially. However, once I find you’re making it so I have to pour money into your app to be “successful,” you lose my support.
Wish this game was as advertised. Just merging, no options on what to update. Clearly a cash grab game.
Not same as ads but ok
The goal of this game is to squeeze as much money as possible out of its players. The rewards are chinsey compared to the cost in energy and the amount needed to make food items. It’s like making $3 an hour in a $20 an hour economy. You progress at a snails pace unless you spend lots of money. Also, the price goes up for gems each time you spend gems, so buying more gems won’t get you much of a surplus (this aspect of the game is particularly shameful). The game is so exploitative. Several reviews in the past (1+years) have the same comments and it’s apparent the developers do not care about comments. I would not bother with this game - it will only piss you off.
