No delivery attempted intimation
The vegetable quality is good, however there is no delivery intimation or notification of any kind in spite of constant complaints to the customer service Center. Real apathy by the management . The freshness of produce is lost after delivery.
Stupid service
Delivery agent has no clue of location

In Iphone once downloaded the invoice , no option to go back home page . Even if we close and open the app it’s landed on the downloaded invoice . So I have re install app everytime after downloading the invoice
Downhill journey
Have been using the app for past couple of years and was a very happy user. However the app and service has been on a downward trend for the past year. Deliveries not on time, payment issues with the app. They suddenly decided to stop taking payments from some credit cards causing a fair bit of inconvenience. Loyalty points earned have disappeared from the app and I cant use it anymore. Customer support doesn't know what happened to the points. Not leaving much reason to continue using this app.
Mangoes were not ripe
Mangoes which we bought were not ripe So please check out and give better ones next time
Poor customer service
I have been ordering products form last two years but these people don’t value customers if I raise any complaint they never help me and make fool by giving many excuses. So worthless never trust them .
Very poor design of app
Every time we need to login , it’s not loading quickly, take a print out of invoice and you can’t open the app. You have to delete and reinstall to ge the app as there is no close button if we open the invoice as a document!
