Mangoes were not ripe

Mangoes which we bought were not ripe So please check out and give better ones next time

Poor customer service

I have been ordering products form last two years but these people don’t value customers if I raise any complaint they never help me and make fool by giving many excuses. So worthless never trust them .

Very poor design of app

Every time we need to login , it’s not loading quickly, take a print out of invoice and you can’t open the app. You have to delete and reinstall to ge the app as there is no close button if we open the invoice as a document!

App won’t respond

Bad service

I ordered vegetables and they never came , I informed GG but then who cares about 1 customer , when they have a huge client base …

Poor delivery and customer service

My order was to be delivered by 8.30.. after repeated follow up , it’s not yet delivered. I don’t want credit but refund and this company is fooling people

Apples are damaged

Always heard so much about Gourmet Garden. Finally decided to order. Ordered Fuji Apples. Neither are the apples Fuji nor or they fresh. Very bad.

Payment mode

ICICI and hdfc net banking is not there as an option and GPay also didn’t work so am having to pay cash since a long time now

Gives the error “something went wrong” on a blank page.

Unable to open the app since few days now. There are no updates available as well.

Not a smart website

I’ve to login and add payment details every time I order which is annoying. And many local necessities aren’t available in grocery section. Nuts are stale especially walnuts which I tried buying two times, both the times the walnuts have gone bad upon opening the packet.
