I understand the need to update, but every time I open this app after an update, everything is different and yet another feature is gone. All my settings vanished and the browse option gone. So frustrating.

My husband and I have tried multiple smart light apps and products, by far this is the best.

The new app just ruined everything. It’s so difficult to manage the group of lights and not useful at all. You have to set them one by one, and you don’t have the same options as before.

Love my new lights and this app to control it, but every time I open the app, it tells me there’s “a newer version available“ to download. Then makes me hit the confirm button in order to go any further. There is no update. And I can clearly see that it’s been automatic updating and updated a day ago. This has been going on since I downloaded the app. Do not love. Pls fix.

Great lights, love them. Had my outdoor lights set up to turn on and off at night but since they removed the automation, cannot keep our settings. Got the timer going but have to set the theme manually everyday. Lame and annoying. Please bring back the automation.

The Bluetooth doesn’t work

Don’t know what the developers did but now the app refuses to connect to my wifi regardless of connection procedures. This rendering all smart devices useless.

The app is amazing so are the products but you should be able to look at the share space while your lights are off.

Already had two pair of light just not work at all honestly very disappointed

The app layout is confusing and not simple or intuitive to use - and I’m a pretty tech savvy guy. The interface is cramped with too many unnecessary features and options to edit scenes when all I want are big simple buttons to easily press and get the light setting I want. It’s a classic case of over-engineering and over-complicating something that should be easy and simple to use.
