GOV.UK ID Check

Really complicated. Happy I have been successfully identified apparently. But it took me hours to get there.

All the information I gave you is 100% correct and yet your system refuses to accept my identity !

Clarify your instructions so that the required scan is ONLY of page 3 (where my photo, name, d.o.b. etc), and NOT to include page 4 with heading ‘This page is reserved for official observations’ and that also has my signature.

Exceptionnel. It is simple well explain efficient. The link between the computer and the mobile is so smooth. The UX ( user expérience) is the best ever I used. Congratulations and thanks.

It is not clear that the whole page needs to be scanned. It says ´photo ID ´ which implies to me, just the photo. A note to say whole page would be good - the rest was easy!

It’s an interesting journey:-a little awkward but not beyond those who are still rowing their own boat:-it was three men and a dog but now it’s just me:-take care someone is really looking after us-many thanks

My camera said that everything is in order but on my computer it say some details weren’t I don’t understand why?

So quick and so easy. I scanned my ID and my face and it was all done. Great app!
