In app purchases are not working

I have been trying to play and upgrade the hotel levels , but the in app purchases aren’t working and the gem count cant be increased otherwise !! I’ve constantly re downloaded the game for a month now but still nothing is working as it should

Difficulty level increases even after 80 levels are completed

I’ve been playing this game for about 2 years now and the best part was that once 80 levels are completed on a specific hotel, the levels after that become easier so we had a slight advantage of getting coins and gems to upgrade stuff on the new hotel. Now that you guys have made those level difficult, it’s kinda hard to upgrade stuff and move up. The basic aim for this game was to complete levels and for a human like me, achieving each level, clearing the hotel gave me joy. Now I gotta wait for together to collect basic coins while playing the same level bajjilion times and it’s not worth the time. Please fix this, as this upgrade does not make sense

App not working

Hi . The app stopped working after the update. I am not able to use it since 1-2 hours. Please see. Else I won’t be able to complete my expedition thing which you have. Thank you.
