Guys at least give us chance to unlock new costumes already this game is a money grinder for gems and other unlockables, this game already becomes a money grinder pay to get costumes is a worst idea

You guys use to send the event of working on new hotels and earn some bucks. I remember the drinks hotel event and even the new years hotel addition. Can you add some more events like those. The current ones are on repeat and one gets bored of it. Please work on new events thanks

I have a suggestion for this game you can create another indoor hotel mini game where we can serve buffet to our staying customers in our restaurant with different theme like Chinese buffet Middle Eastern , European etc etc

We have to watch too many ads for very few gems. The game is almost useless as upgrades require gems and take too long for upgrades. Deleting the app

This game would be better if you could play it without interruptions. As soon as you open the game it’s one pop up after the other. A box pops up to over explain how to get positive reviews, another one pops up to claim a reward etc…we can see the exclamation point, no need to take away our 5 minute free booster with all the pop ups. Also, I deleted this game because it was becoming frustrating not being able to advance without using a ton of boosters and spending a lot of money. I waited about a year and decided to give it another try. I can see nothing has improved other than joining a club. Did you take away achievement rewards? So now it’s even more difficult to earn diamonds?

I like the game but it takes a long time to get diamonds so you can upgrade.

The game is fun and the characters are funny. I like the fast pace even though it got tough sooner than most games of its kind. I know you want to make money just as we want to save money. If the game gets too hard too soon and people have to put out money right off the bat, it makes them quit. The game is impossible to win some levels without giving enough diamonds, and you have to buy at a ridiculous price. Maybe looking at some other games will show you how off the ratio is during the game. If you take for instance the “My Cruise” game which gives you the option to buy the gems with your earned cash. It is still new to me, but this is what I see so far.
