Graybar Mobile App

The search feature doesn’t work, any search comes back as “No search results found in the mobile catalog.” and then the app locks up.

No matter what I do the app says log in failed. I can log in fine on the website but not the app, I even tried a password reset with no success.

I’ve been a GrayBar customer for two decades and have loved working with them so I was very excited when this app first came out. From my perspective it could have been a real game changer in the way I ordered from them and the ease of ordering while on the road or a a job site. Just imagine the ability of creating a stock list onsite and executing that order when needed, or creating favorite order lists that could be ordered in a few clicks. Never the less none of this has come to fruition. I’m constantly disappointed with this apps inability to find even items that I order on a weekly basis. But of course the prompting for this review is the last update that happen has caused this app to shutdown before it even fully loads. Someone is not testing and doing their job and now I wonder if I will ever use this app again. It’s going to have to step it up before I bother again. Amazon here I come.

I really wish this app was good. However, not only does this app not support iPhone X, but it doesn’t work at all. Just like another review, I can’t get past the tutorial which makes this app completely unusable and worthless.

You need a Graybar account, but an awesome app if you do. Favorite list is very effective.

You have to register with your account just to get in a search for a product, what a joke. Your search features and products should be available no matter what and if you order something or see a price then make me sign in. Wow really sad graybar, please fix your app

Cool app. Could be very useful if I could ever get connected. Can't ever get it to work while on the job site. Only works from home.

Can't get past the tour each time I open the app. Also when I select skip tour it takes me to the tour screen nothing. When I select tap to close it takes me to the tour screen. I would just like to access the app without having to go through the tour and would actually like to get to a screen where I can order products. One star for now till its fixed
