App says download update and there isn’t one. Stuck ina loop

App says update, update says open app. Please fix this.

Love the fact I can get vouchers - as every item in the catalogue is cheaper in the stores. Shame I can’t get vouchers for anything secondhand or preloved as this would be far more sustainable than rewards that are all new and in most cases only luxury items.

Quite simply........ where’s it gone?

Why has the catalogue option gone? Intermittent issue as reported several times and no feedback from this. Please ensure this is sorted. Thanks, Frustrated user

Easy to use and don’t have to go to my computer. Great stuff.

I’ve had this app for a while and there’s always a problem: either I’m unable to access the catalogue, either the serch functionality doesn’t work or I’m simply unable to submit my orders. Whenever there’s an update available I always get it, always hoping “this will be it”. And then it’s always the same frustration because not only the bugs haven’t been fixed but there’s always a new one coming up.

You can view the catalogue, make an order & praise colleagues...but that's about it. Nothing appears on the 'Appreciate' page & you can't view notifications, view received feedback or sent praise. Rather annoying :(
