The Great Work app from O.C. Tanner makes recognition easy when you are on-the-go. Simply sync the app to your organization's performance program to get started. The app will allow users to give eCards, submit nominations, approve or decline nominations, complete presentations, and order an award among other things.
And don’t worry, once the app is synced, all of your unique program configurations are applied ensuring that recognizing from the app is just as seamless and easy as it is online. The secure Great work app makes recognition quick, fun, and best of all, accessible from anywhere.

Improvement needed
Works a treat
No issues with functionality. I have had a notification highlighted for months now and don’t actually have any notifications in the app to acknowledge.
Useless
Can’t order anything. Won’t accept my address

Entered incorrect address and does not let you delete or change it.
Terrible service scam rewards program
Your team will work hard to accumulate points for rewards that this company can not supply or source. They tell member after submitting points for rewards that the supplier can bot source. Waste of time totally demotivating don’t bother

Frequently not usable
This app has bugs which make it unusable frequently. Logging out and back in does not correct the bug.

I love reading the appreciation between co-workers. It’s an uplifting app and the catalogue is wonderful! All of the items I have received have been top notch and my coworkers pitched in to get me the item. I also love the way Axonofiy is integrated so we can purchase extra points to give co-workers. Excellent!!
