I pay for Premium service but am still getting advertisements when I play thru Amazon - my Amazon account is linked but I still get ads

Ever since this new app has appeared I’ve had even more trouble with all the old apps including your new one. I’ve spent most of yesterday trying to get my premium to work on my old phone that I listen to the stations through my radio and today you’ve blocked me out on my new phone and here I am on my iPad having to sign. So let’s see what happens when I asked to be logged into my account. It tells me my email address isn’t recognised when clearly it is. If it’s working on another phone I’ve done everything from switching the phones off to login out and yet we still keep getting this problems and I pay yearly, I can’t check whether this is up because I can’t get in so you’re stupid thing about check your finances. This a waste of time, you should concentrate on getting the old apps to work properly before inventing a new one.

Love the radio station but very frustrated that the app on my iPod keeps throwing me out of premium. Despite logging out and logging back in, which doesn’t work, I have to delete the app and reinstall it multiple time in a week to get back premium. Now I keep being asked to download Rayo? Which isn’t supported on my iPod. Apart from that the radio is great without ads.

Why is it so difficult getting to listen to your station

I just want to listen to the radio. I’m old, this is so complicated, it’s taken an hour☹️

The new app is awful,the original one was perfect.

I pay for premium subscription but the service is so poor when you link it to your smart speaker. The link continuously drops out so you end up with the adverts anyway. Been going on for months and nothing is being done to rectify the problem
