I’ve just been downloading and experimenting with a variety of different apps of this sort, and out of all of the ones I’ve tried this one works best with how my brain processes information. The only problem I’ve had so far is that it’s super glitchy! Info wouldn’t save properly when inputting my dog’s info, and then when I tried to set my first reminder, the app kept crashing! If these issues (and any other ones I’m not yet unaware of) were fixed, I could see myself giving this app 5 stars. It was exactly what I was looking for, I hope these issues get fixed soon!

Wrote to dev team about bottom bar being covered by Apple’s bar last year and they still haven’t fixed this. Also crashes when changing weight unit to kg. Will move on to another app.

I was super happy with app and had used it to track my puppies weights, vaccinations, working, grooming etc. Went to log her weight & the app now just says ‘something went wrong, ensure it’s up to date and try again later’. I’m really worried I’ve lost all of her data!

LOVE THIS APP, but PLEASE make it user friendly in Australia. I’d love to be able to make vet appointments etc. through the app!

Love to share options with others in my pets' care network and the vet integration but there are just way too many bugs in the iPhone app. It's extremely frustrating and almost unusable. I'm switching back to my previous pet app for now.

I like the basic idea of the app. Love the communication with vets. Would love it better if you could input further information on the pet such as microchip number, registration number, and to be able to upload extra files/records like health tests from previous vets(for example tests done while the puppy was with the breeder). Also to be able to separately track heights/weights would be amazing

Such an amazing concept and app. App works well and makes life so much easier! I can have all my animals records in one place which makes pet insurance claims super easy too!

This app looked promising but it was very buggy. Setting up my first pet I had to choose their photo multiple times before it stuck, then I couldn’t enter the birthdate - once I chose it from the spinner and closed the spinner it disappeared. Gave up.

Used to work fairly well with some occasional crashes, but now says "Can't connect to Pawprint" whenever I try I log in, and it has done so for months.

There are some issues, however. I cannot delete anything. Weight of animal is not being saved. Setup was easy, and I didnt expect to find any local vet listed, but my vet was there. All good if those mentioned issues get fixed.
