Activities added in through health journal is visible for only a week. History should be available to see the past entries because that gives insights to your pet’s well-being and if any change needs to be done based on the trends. I had added activities for about a month but I’m not able to see them which is disappointing the information is lost which was vital to me. Could you do something about it?

There are only 2 units for weights. It would be better if you could also give “grams” as a unit, since birds weights can be expressed better in grams. Also please add “budgie” as a breed, under bird pets. Thanks!

This seems like exactly what I need but when I try to add medical records and click view nothing shows up

Some kind of bug on the “care notes” tab. It won’t let me save any info there. Please fix. Otherwise, decent app. No frills, straight to the point.

I WANT THE PAWPRINTS BACK!!! I so hate this app. I really liked the original version (PawPrints), but I accidentally updated the app & now stuck with this crappy new app. Bring back the original version!!!! I can’t stand this new version!!!! 😠😠😠

As far as I can tell app is useless. I make appointment at vets and does not show up Dog weighed this morning and… nothing No reminders sent even tho I set up

I generally this app but it is impossible to save date changes on my pets profile. It keeps saving as one day off from his actual birthdate and will not save any changes! I also wish you could edit reminders. If I make a spelling error or want to change the time, I have to delete the whole thing and start over. I also have to create new reminders whenever we have daylight savings.

I have been recording my dogs whites and information in this app for a long time and I just noticed today that it has my dog much more than I’m recording. I wonder if it’s converting my pounds to another type of weight???

I was updating my pet's info in the app and received an error message that I needed to update the app. So I updated the app. Then the app would not let me sign back in. That is not helpful. Very disappointed.
