The Gree+ App is useless, I can‘ connect my air conditioner GWH24ACE…. after 40 times, support is very poor, they send me AI standard answer. Complete wrong items. I was expected to control my AC from outside but NO Chance.

Easy Installation
Maybe not so transparent in respect of data privacy. I dont understand why they need position
Network request timed - it worked for one day
Initial setup was trial and error, but got it working. Next day the app could not log me in and turned the app useless.

How can make an app thet adding new device, cannot touch any type of device. It don’t react at touch, so completely useless at the moment. Hope soon a fix, I’ll review the app again.
