Everytime there’s an update it asks for login details again. The most annoying part is how it’ll randomly stop me from being able to control a unit. I tap on it (say the one for a specific bedroom) and the controls there are just blank. Then a few hours later it’ll randomly start working again.

Takes ages to sync and show you the current status of your AC units. Once it finally does, try to change anything it just changes back to what it was before. Just grab the remote and save yourself the frustration.

Clunky, unresponsive and overall a terrible user experience.

I’ve had this app for the last three years of my new Caravan. Originally it was fine since the update a few months ago it will not connect yet. I can get no response from the developers or gree themselves. :(

Terrible app need more work on improving its usability. Functionality wise it is rudimentary. The help and support section was not very useful or helpful. I suggest the developer look at other similar app to get some idea on what the app should do. Very disappointing

Easy to use even for non tech person like me. App is also very intuitive

The air conditioners often lose the connection and it’s extremely difficult to get them to reconnect at times. The app itself has a feedback section where you can submit questions that no one ever answers. The app also lacks some basic functionality like being able to set up simple rules to trigger events that exist in even the cheapest home automation solutions.

Latest update just killed the app! No longer opens😩😤😡 Update: There’s a constant popup window saying there’s a new version of the app available, when there isn’t one at all!! Although I have the latest update, I still have the very annoying popup window! Fix this ASAP. It’s impossible to Register, the Facebook logo is on top of the Terms & Conditions – so I cannot click to agree with them!!! Please design a better layout do we can scroll the menus up and down. Very bad English throughout. Needs a lot of work to bring it up to date with XXI Century !
