The newest release of Toronto’s only official “Green P App” from the Toronto Parking Authority makes it easier than ever to pay for parking. Now Available FOR ON-STREET PARKING and at all non-gated, off-street carparks. Get on the future fast track, without having to fumble for change or wait at the machine. You can set up your profile and pay using your PayPal Account or credit card.

Not only can you pay for your parking, but the Green P App will tell you when your parking time is going to expire and let you “top-up” your time if you need to.

Use either a credit card, Apple Pay or your PayPal account to pay for parking. You can use an existing PayPal account or set up a new one from the app– it’s another great way to pay for parking on the Green P app.

The Green P App makes it easier than ever to find the perfect spot at Green P carparks all over the city. The Green P Locator allows you to search for carparks by current location (GPS), location ID, address, or landmark.

Look for the Location ID on the posted hour of operation signs on-street or on the Pay & Display machines, and on Mobile Pay signs throughout Green P carparks to determine its availability.

20 dollars to start!

I feel robbed! I downloaded it, entered credit card and it charged me with 20 dollars to start! it didn't ask! I was only able to use 2.5 dollars and i lost the rest because i was in Toronto for a day. tried to use it in a public garage and it wasn't accepted.

Awful app. Awful customer service.

I never was able to get the app to work. But, of course, Green P had no trouble collecting the required initial funding for the account. I contacted customer service about the problem. Three months passed without a response, so I sent another email. A month later, I received a reply apologizing about the long delays (um yeah, okay, every company is using that excuse; meanwhile, they post record profits). I call the number given and jump through hoop after hoop. They then sent me an email requiring the exact information they just asked me for and gave (name, address, phone number and email) so that they could pass along the request for a refund. Sure, I’m going to wait another three months. No Thanks. I opened a dispute with my credit card company and deleted the app.

It never loads.

I’m using iPhone 12 Pro with full data on a USA number; the app opens up but never loads. I tried many times, and sometimes it loads on Wi-Fi, but most of the time, it is useless for me. Please update and fix; people who visit from overseas need parking too.

Unable to Add Payment Method

I can’t add a payment method in settings. I can only add a payment method when I’m paying, then it shows up in settings.

App won’t open

Buggy

You are required to enter your address, but the app crashes when you attempt to do so. I live in the US, I entered all the information except my state. Then the app crashed and lost all the info I’d entered, this happened 3 times before I gave up.

Just visiting the city and this helps!

So easy to sign up and use. Made parking stress free the whole time.

Tried to snake 20 of my dollars

Thought I could simply pay for one time parking spot. Not till I went to the entire paying about location or did Yap tell me they were going to take 20 of my dollars. Pretty crappy way to run an operation.
