Ongoing sync issues
Bought the original app that was suddenly not longer supported so I had to buy the subscription on top of that and for many many months now the sync between devices still does not work. The support could not fix it and responses got lesser and lesser and for a few months now I don’t even get an answer back. It’s really a shame because this app is so beautifully designed. But you don’t get what you pay for and I really wish the team would get that handled. Update: now a few years into the problem still no response. I tried to delete the account, and fix the sync issue by creating a new account but the backup did not work. Wrote the support again in hopes that they will help me recocer years of diary entries…
