GridRewards: Energy Efficiency

Glad I can do my part to help conserve energy during peak hours. If everyone could try to do a little something, maybe we could avoid blackouts.

Have never actually gotten the money back I’m supposed to. The first year the electronic transfer didn’t work. This year they sent a pdf check. My bank (Chase) wouldn’t accept it through the app or in person. They also put all kinds of restrictions on the check to make it harder to cash.

As a person concerned with the climate crisis, I like having access to the content of electricity sources each hour of the day. I especially appreciate a quick overview of how much is from renewable resources.

This was my first time using this app. It’s said my reward is $58.89 that was paid, I have not received that money and when ask the support team they tell me they still processing. The event end in September and you will be paid at the end of the year. I am confused. It’s said that you can be paid by PayPal but when you click on that nothing happens.

When you try to connect account the app never acknowledges so you never get the ‘rewards’ advertised. You cut down on electricity on their schedule and get zero for your efforts.

Can’t retrieve data, doesn’t respond to touch.

App will close out when click delete profile. Also click send email from the app no response. Anyone else has the same issue ?

I have not received my grid rewards from last summer. I have left multiple phone messages and the email link doesn’t work. So frustrating. Who would want to sign up if they don’t even follow through?

I didn’t know we were going to get so much in rewards. I thought it was just going to be a few dollars.
