Decent
Decent app for fantasy F1. Worst part though is if you don’t set a lineup, they still get 650 points. It doesn’t make any sense and needs to change.

Easy to understand and fun to play!
GridRivals is far and away better than the default F1 fantasy system. I’ve become a celebrity for my F1 fantasy league. It’s amazing! We love it!
First off, I have definitely changed my rating from a 2 to a 4 since the start of the season. The app used to be incredibly buggy, and although it still is at times, you can definitely tell there have been major improvements as the season progressed. The contract management is a really neat and unique feature that actually works pretty well overall. It certainly adds a more strategic element to the season but the novelty wears off pretty quick because there is a scenario where you actually can have too much money and then you have to make the choice of running without a talent driver or not spending some of your money. The “commissioner” also needs additional ability to set a lineup for someone or the system should have some sort of auto-draft each week to fill lineups. If someone is unable to set their lineup for even a single week, they can be totally screwed for the entire season and it scraps the competitive nature once that has happened. Matchups may work better in larger leagues to give head to head action more attention. There are lots to like about the app overall but make sure you are committed to playing the whole season in order to remain in the hunt. It’s kind of a game of attrition.
Great format and exciting.
Great app to play and follow F1. My only criticism would be to update the lock timing for the Sprint races. Locking the lineups after FP1, makes it harder to set a good lineup.
Too much marketing not enough functionality. A massively, poorly designed app. Why can’t you see more historical performance of your team? It’s impossible to analyze your season decisions.
By far the best Formula One Fantasy app you can use. Point system makes a lot of sense and love the chat feature to connect with other people in the league.
Absolutely love the idea of a racing centered DFS/prop market. While they have made great leaps in adding Xfinity/Truck series contests this season, there are still many aspects that could and need to be improved. The main issue I had was with their over ambitious correlation protection (which prevents you from making a laundry list of combinations) and their harsh limits. More specifically, the global player limit which prevents you from entering ANYTHING if too many people have placed entries on the board. The most anticipated change me and my fellow racing enthusiasts would LOVE is the addition of more prop/stat categories such as laps led & fastest laps for NASCAR as well as qualifying props similar to how F1 is already formatted.
This was my first season as a fan of F1 and having fantasy teams helped me engage with drivers and constructors across the season. I also enjoyed the simple bets and I’m grateful you can bet small so it’s just for fun. GridRival is also really engaged with users listening to desires for updates and hosting idea sessions. Great app!
