GRIND

So way to order ahead

It looks like you have to visit the actual grind website to actually make a custom order to be shipped to you. Why this limitation? Also, searching for grind in the App Store suggests grindr first. Very different.

Really useful when in a hurry arriving at Old St tube station.

Ordering is so quick and easy with the app. The staff at Royal Exchange are great in particular Emma who brightens my day with great coffee and a big smile.

There’s no reason to use the app, since I get the same coffee in store for less - makes no sense

On the surface, this app looks good, but I’ve had some issues that repeat themselves. I use it for managing a subscription I have. When I occasionally go to change my monthly order to something different, I make my mix & match selection, click ‘select’ and then on the next screen ‘save’. At this point I think my order has been saved, and I come out of the app. But then my order turns up and it’s the old order. I’ve realised now that there is ANOTHER ‘save’ button after the initial ‘select’ & ‘save’?? This seems pointless and confusing. I’d suggest removing one of these steps to avoid confusion as I’m sure this must’ve happened to lots of people!

Huge improvement over the last couple of years, so much easier to use now!

The app has great functionality and I use it all the time. Both the customer service and coffee is of a high quality from your Greenwich branch.
