I love the simplicity and design of this app. With a couple of clicks I can jump the queue and save 5 mins when getting my morning coffee! And it's got my Black Card in there as well! Great job!

There’s no reason to use the app, since I get the same coffee in store for less - makes no sense

On the surface, this app looks good, but I’ve had some issues that repeat themselves. I use it for managing a subscription I have. When I occasionally go to change my monthly order to something different, I make my mix & match selection, click ‘select’ and then on the next screen ‘save’. At this point I think my order has been saved, and I come out of the app. But then my order turns up and it’s the old order. I’ve realised now that there is ANOTHER ‘save’ button after the initial ‘select’ & ‘save’?? This seems pointless and confusing. I’d suggest removing one of these steps to avoid confusion as I’m sure this must’ve happened to lots of people!

Huge improvement over the last couple of years, so much easier to use now!

The app has great functionality and I use it all the time. Both the customer service and coffee is of a high quality from your Greenwich branch.

Easy ordering, good vibes

What’s the point of this app when you want to order pods, you have to create a subscription, with a free tin. I already have a damn tin.

It used to be able to pay every time when you purchase. Now you can only top up at least £10. And coffee is around £3.2 each. So what can I do with £3.10 left over in the card?

The new version is awesome and a huge improvement! Seamless ordering of coffee on my walk towards my local Grind.
