Update: I am forced to write the review again. First they cap some of the items in their list which is not an ease for at least me. Importantly, when you clearly see the items available until you place the order and amount is deducted you come to know afterwards the items are not included and they keep the money in the app wallet. When you chase for the missing item, first they say the item is out of stock. When you insist for missing items delivery They ask you to reorder the missing items. Customer services people seem illiterate who would not understand you and would provide only the generic replies. The pathetic service so far being provided. Not recommended. They would just waste your time and would not assist. I have been using the App since 2020. Products quality has been outstanding with prompt delivery however, now I am struggling with 1. Items missing in order 2. Items out of stock 3. Poor support services with generic replies and no further actions

I ordered 2 times in 1st they declined. in 2nd they again declined.in 3rd time the things I ordered are out of stock

I’m satisfied with the service but one observation is that at times it seems weight of items is less but not sure. Today cell/batteries were ordered for clock and received for remote size difference.

I've been a Grocerapp user since the beginning, and it's astonishing how a service with such promise and all the right elements initially has become quite disappointing. Here are a few concerns: 1. I can't provide feedback or file a complaint through the app. 2. It's the second time my entire order wasn't delivered, and I can't find a way to contact support. 3. The live chat feature consistently fails, claiming that agents might not be available. 4. To use the call feature, it appears that you have to make a payment. 5. I've noticed overcharging, and I have evidence to support it. 6. Some items arrive broken in the delivery. Please be careful!

I ordered and I received something else. Now i am trying to reach them but unable to complaint. Not attending phone call, Application complaint not working, What the hell is this ?

Pathetic delivery service, not on time. And when you try to talk to a representative it says unavailable. Cheetay and Foodpanda are much much better. would not recommend.
