Trap trial
Started a 7 days trial and got charged at the same time, ignoring trial policy. Had to reach out Apple through support to get payment back and cancel annual plan.
App problem
I can’t open photos and recipes.
Unclear purpose of the app
The app doesn’t make clear that it’s meant for professionals, 95% of the recipes there aren’t made with ingredients you find in a supermarket. Signed it and can’t use a single recipe for myself
Landscape mode PLEASE!
It’s a awesome platform. But please landscape mode on iPad and iPhone is a MUST. Also the possibility to watch masterclasses on Desktop/Web Version would be really great.
Problem to access PRO area with subscription ATIVE
I love de content of this app, but since 1 month ago, I can’t acesso the Pro area, I payied for 1 year of subscription, today my subscription is active, but a can’t access the Pro area, and we don’t have any communication channel to help about this problem…
