Very pleased
This very simple and easy to use program helped me out a great deal. The trick is to stay with the exercises every day.

I couldnt find instructions on how to use the app, and it crashed (on both iPhone and iPad) when I try to add water. Nonetheless, I persisted by logging everything in a separate notes app. The information and guidance in the app is enormously useful, especially how to do Kegels correctly. After 3 weeks I completely stopped any bladder leaks after 3 weeks, and after 5 weeks have reduce trips to the bathroom to 8-9 each 24 hours. I’m still logging things and gone back to maintenance level of (proper) Kegels.
I can run again without leaks!!!
was not anble to complete signup due to app issues
I was very skeptical at first. I thought my case was hopeless after trying so many things to regain bladder control. The exercises are great but for me the real value is in the educational content. It's very in-depth, which might be overwhelming for some, but definitely not for curious people like me! It feels great to understand why my body wasn't working as well as it should.
For the last decade, I've been using the bathroom close to 20 times a day… I thought I had tried everything, but bladder training was the missing piece! The exercises have really helped me avoid leaking before getting to the toilet, and now I can finally control my urges!! Thank you x1000!
This app has helped me so much! Thank you
