It didn’t work for me

This app should be reviewed as a matter of urgency. It does not work!! It is too stressful to operate.

How can an old version is better than a new one? You build an app without testing it, this so shameful that some one can transact with this stupid e token, shameful delete this app from App Store period!!

The previous version was better and easy to use. This new version when OTP menu is clicked, it clashes with other menus at the bottom and then it becomes didficult to get it to generate without clicking on other menus on the bottom

I wonder what GT bank is spending money on. They are not even investing on their apps. How can a token be hard to use when it’s needed to send money. Fix your apps. You are earning more money than to be using cheap tools for us.

The app stopped working and no longer opening. This was a good alternative to the hardware token. It should be fixed asap.

This app isn’t working at all and so frustrating. You will input all you are ask to but still it won’t respond to you. GTBank please fix your app

This doesn’t work. Can’t even get a code sent and I’m stuck with this transaction I’m trying to initiate. This is very horrible

When you guys know that this app is not yet complete, you shouldn’t have upload it to AppStore for us to download This is totally unacceptable

Please can you kindly fix the OTP issues? Or otherwise state an alternative to this
