Not user friendly

Many pairs are not tradable and it doesn’t provide a lot of options to transfer the coins overall, it’s bit complicated and it has a lot of hassles. I won’t bother using this application.

DONT INSTALL 🛑

This app is a Scam when you create a wallet and as soon as your receive a crypto the wallet that you’ve created has disappeared. I’ve created a xinfin wallet and transferred xdc to it and when I open the app the xinfin wallet has already disappeared and it has showed me a new address. Plus the app have a lot of lagging.

Crashes on startup

App after update crashes on startup. Deleted app and restored and still happens after restoring, app crashes. Fix asap please, restore to previous version

Full of scammers!

I downloaded guarda a few weeks back to hold $900 of xrp and went to the community forum to ask a question. Within less than a minute a Nigerian sounding “help desk officer” CALLED ME??? Asking what I need (I never said I need a person I don’t know to call me immediately! He was rushing me to do this and that and obviously was a scammer so I hung up and blocked him! Right after that about six men jumped into my DM’S offering to ‘help me’ including one who had ‘customer support officer’ on his moniker. He seemed nice and I got no weird guy feelings like with the others, and he patiently guided me through my queries and even checked in with me the next day to make sure all was well! He was a REAL smooth operated. Waited patiently and even offered a link to an apparent wallet Authenticator for my exodus where I had all the xrp I bought ($900) and I researched the Authenticator and it seemed legit but I took my time and he didn’t rush me just sounded supportive and calm the entire time. Boy was that a mistake! I did not listen to that voice in my head saying not to use the Authenticator and an hour later my xrp was all taken. He had managed to get my recovery code without me giving it to him personally! Scammers are getting sneakier and sneakier folks so watch out. Yesterday my Coinbase wallet was also hacked and I watched $350 worth of eth disappear before my very eyes and I did not send it! I’m thinking bullion and stocks is the better option. I know crypto can be fast money when you win but what’s the point when it can easily get hacked and taken and there’s nothing you can do about it? At least it wasn’t $100k like I saw on other reviews that some angry customers lost the same way! I went numb just from $900 worth of xrp being taken. Crypto is just gambling that’s been hyped up to appear superior but the risks are so high!

Mobile app doesn’t do automatic backups like the PC version! Seriously bad customer service also! They spouted all over the website how they have low fees. They are some of the highest I’ve seen and used!
