As of October 2018 it doesn’t seem to be compatible with the iPhone XR despite the App Store saying it “works with this iPhone”. When opening the app it simply states “Unsupported iOS device. Unfortunately the app does not work with your device”. Very little help from their helpline either.
This is a brilliant app and excellent CGM system but since version 3.2.2 the app seems to consume a huge amount of battery life. Before installing the app I used to get 2 days battery life from my iPhone 7. While the app is now running I’m lucky to get half a day. It doesn’t seem any better with version 3.2.3.
