Updates take too long
I have waited for an update to fix Bluetooth connectivity issues for over a year. This update has fixed that issue but has a new issue whereby sensor glucose readings are missing when the devices are out of Bluetooth range. Prior to experiencing the issues I was very satisfied with the app but it does not function as a CGM (Continuous!) with these issues.
App does not work
I finally bought an iPhone and I was super excited to connect my Guardian 3 sensor to my phone. Now I cant connect with my iPhone 11 and it doesn’t pick up my G3 sensor. Please update the software.
Please fix
I just came from using the libre device and thought this would be a step up in terms of the alarms and all. However on my first day I understand there is time lag but there was over 10 difference in my blood from 7 to what it said to a 17 and then it rejected it and made me wait longer while my sugar is sky rocketing. Also you can’t change the volume on it ( I have an iPhone 11) as I changed my level on my phone and on my setting the level was really loud and wish could be changed, next also allow for the app to have a vibrate option for the alerts. My phone died as I was not paying attention and then i got my phone on again and the app asked me sign in and I did and then wanted to connect to the transmitter and it could not from my phone so I had to disconnect the transmitter from the sensor on my arm with all the sticky plasters and connect it that way, then when I did it wanted me to start all over again and calibrate in 2 hours and it also lost all my information even my phone was set to sync all my data. They must also add ranges so it gives you a better understanding and also time in target and average glucose which the libre has.
Great but could be better
This is indeed a life saver but still has some development to make it great. Main issue is it must be able to show glucose levels on an Apple Watch both to make it more usable and to keep ahead of the competition. Secondly the recently released snooze function really doesn’t work that well and also seems to switch off the ring volume so that you miss incoming calls.
Watch compatible
This is a life changing device !!! Please, please, please make it a watch compatible app !!!! It will be much easier for our little kids not to wear a phone on their little bodies the whole time - especially during sport !!!
Does not work
The app doesn't connect to the sensor transmitter.
