Sometimes unreliable service but great support

Update: Support always responds quickly in order to troubleshoot and solve issues like the one below. ———- I’ve been subscribed for years but in the last couple of months my internet connection stops working every few minutes to every couple of hours or so and I have to ‘reset configuration’ every time to make it work again. This VPN has become unusable.

Five star app

Fantastic app. Fantastic service. If you are even a bit concerned about the growing surveillance economy and the amount of data that’s been collected from you — Guardian is for you. The Pro subscription is a no brainer for me — especially with family sharing, but if you need just occasional coverage, the day passes make using this app convenient and affordable. Support is quick to respond, competent, and gets things done. Kudos to the whole team! New servers get added all the time, my thanks for adding Seattle and making connections from BC even faster.

Finally, the new added pro version is the one I have been waiting for. Just wanted to say thank you.

Poor compatibility

This VPN was promoted by a reputable tech magazine so you’d think it was a reliable purchase. However, this VPN has many compatibility issues, especially with Apple apps such as Music, Podcasts, and also YouTube on Safari. Not worth using.

Blocking all traffic is very secure - but not very useful.

Never gets past the ‘Enable VPN’ spinning wheel. Ymmv.

But what about sources? apps?

In security for more than 20 years this app looks promising. I like to see a "log" of trackers but the core concern is missing... and this is the source. The web holds many marketing trackers, but I truly think having the source of this would be a great plus. Of course our browsers will be the culprit of many, but what about other apps... Strava, Reddit and so on? Having sources could be a killer feature for me, unless I'm missing something... Also, what's your position on our logs, are any collected, kept and so on? Cheers to the team for the effort, super happy to see more apps like this.

Private Privacy

Finally a product that delivers on its promise of security. And it’s comforting to know that the location trackers are being blocked.

So so expensive

Privacy Pro by Disconnect.me does this for free. These fees had better provide mind-blowing customer support and features etc.
