Good but…

Way way to expensive for mobile only. You get 99% of the functionality combining Nord and AdGuard Pro for a quarter of the cost a year. Even less if you catch sales. And one of them is a persistent license! Good service for mobiles, but no Windows or Mac included prices this out.

Pricey

It would be great if you could consider your prices as there are plenty of competitors out there that offer better monthly rates. Service is great and I love that you’re working with brave. Maybe consider including desktop support too? As it stands it’s incredibly pricey to get a VPN for my laptop and a separate one for my phone.

Support is now average

Initial review was great but now it’s all changed . Server outages, support issues and so on . Would now not recommend…

Vital App

This a vital app for every iPhone and iPad owner to help protect against apps stealing data for your phone and selling it on.

Bad app, dont use if you need banking

This app killed my bank login, i can now no longer logon to my banking app as it has to be reset and because i bank in spain i have to physically go to the damn bank to do it NOT HAPPY!! Do not use this app if you use your device for mobile banking because it will likely kill it.

Excellent and comprehensive privacy protection

It works perfectly fine and keeps all promises made. Probably most powerful VPN and its firewall surpasses any VPN competition currently on market. Browsing speed is not impacted at all (as promised). I cannot confirm the previous negative feedbacks, instead I am impressed by overall performance. The concept is comprehensive and innovative and it deserves support. If you combine it with Brave browser, it’s best in class privacy protection atm and future features development will further improve and even set new standards on market.

I wish it worked!

Hello, So I paid for the subscription after the trial as I thought it all worked great. Couple days after usage my internet connection slowed and stopped completely. It got stuck in the ‘protecting’ loop and would not connect to my WiFi. I have poor phone signal In my area so Rey on it for a few things at the moment. it does this 2/3 times a day if I manage to get it connected. It also disconnects itself without my knowledge so I think I am protected and then I actually am not. I find myself constantly clicking on it to check now. I wish I hadn’t subscribed as the app isn’t ready for roll out. I gave an extra star as customer service contacted me to tell me they are aware of the issue but can’t give a timeline on being resolved. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE UNTIL THIS ISSUE IS SORTED Once complete I may come back and change this I have a few month subscribed so will Update at the end.

Breaks my Banking and streaming apps

I find myself having to turn it on and off regularly to get through a days routine. I’ll be canceling this subscription before it renews. One more thing, why not make it as easy to unsubscribe as it is to sign-up? The entire experience leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Too expensive but truly excellent.

Will, Josh, truly a great app and I genuinely want this to be a big success as much as you do but I really think you’ve misjudged the market with your pricing structure. I’m sure you need to recover your dev costs over the past couple of years so I do get it but I personally think you’d be better placed ramping up the numbers and then introduce a small price increase further down the line if required. I guess time will tell, but at $5/month this would be a no brainer. As it stands it’s a tough sell. My two cents, I don’t mean to offend.

Needs more features

The amount of times i have gone into the app to find the protection is off, no notification nothing. Needs a kill switch or some way of letting you know its stopped. I have a active subscription to
