The most worst 3 anniversary update
All the things not user friendly! Weapon / people filter really suxk ,choose one time and after update the weapon / people,you must select the filter again and again! “Bless system “cannot upgrade the people to the highest,need click click click …what the fuuuuuu! Also,Upgrade weapon in the people not like before, you choose it ,then go into the update weapon setting and I need to find the weapon what I need to upgrade again ! It really make player like me so sad that want to quit the game…..
how to get error code 999 offf my screen

Lost over 50% inventory after returning
Skins , Weapons are missing a lot, I paid every monthly package and quite lot in past event I have mostly all heroes and weapon skins, after half year and returning. I found I have just 30% weapon skins left, some daily used heroes turn into someone new and I have never seen. and this team told me there is policy as below and never mention any investigation. I knew this team were changed after world 12, but never thought they are now acting like this to us Quote ‘We regret to inform you that our Heavenhold team could not proceed with your request due to our policy to item recovery. Please note that the request for recovery is only accepted if the incident is reported within 3 days.’

难度问题
小公主很可爱，但是打不过通道里的怪我很无奈T-T，第1季的怪已经削过了，什么时候把第2季的也削一下，boss强倒是合理，但是问什么小怪也那么强呀？等级拉满了，觉醒也全点了，武器也是专武，我实在是想不到该怎么变强了T-T 就算送了满星公主和米娅也还是不太行，卡在了世界13里面，好崩溃 求求了，削削小怪强度吧，给你磕头了Orz磕磕磕磕磕磕磕
