why i can’t play second season . When the catscene starts, I get out of the game, but everything was fine until season 2

this game is a hidden gem
i just joined this game like 4-3 days ago and i already reached world 12, the story take a surprising turns & twist & dark “sometimes”. thou it’s surprising that a gacha game takes up less than like 10gb but that is absolutely fair & the character design puzzles is very good & marvellous i am very looking forward collaboration that is coming soon!!
World mission can’t use own character ?
