They have been very helpful and took a great deal of time to explain any questions I had regarding the program. Support is very knowledgeable, efficient & polite. I had a very horrible experience with my bank account being hacked. They took all the money out of my account. Screwed up all of my bill payments and mortgage payments. Since I became a member of Guardio I get warnings right away. All of my accounts are now safe. I get my warning instantly and no longer have to fear. That I will get fooled into believing certain sites are safe.

This app/company is a total scam and will continue to make you pay for the product even after you cancel it. They will also tell you that you are not eligible for a refund because you are a monthly subscriber. They also lied and said “ our system has successfully blocked several active threats that posed immediate risks to your personal information, protecting you from phishing scams and potential identity theft.” I called them out in their lie because i deleted the app and never actually even used the product. They are liars and scam artists -do not waste your time or money!!!

They charged my account the same day I signed up via one of their sponsors. It was a seven-day trial. They notified me two days before the expiration of the trial, as promised. BUT MY BANK CONFIRMED that they had in fact put through the charge on my first day of the trial. When I went to cancel two days before on Guardio's web site, I couldn't find any clear option to cancel. One option was to advance to a higher level FOR MORE MONEY. There was a rectangle where I could write whatever. I requested in a sentence that I would like to end the subscription TRIAL. I again returned searching for a cancellation option where it said : CHANGE. NO LUCK. Obviously that was because they charged my credit card successfully on the first day of the trial in February 2024. To add insult to injury, they emailed me receipt for my first month for the money they took before the trial ended. They also told me what next billing date would be in March 2024. BUYER BEWARE. On the second day of the trial, they notified me of an online breach in 2021. TWO OTHER APPS had already notified me FOR FREE- as a regular part of their security.

The value isn’t there.

Do not buy- they started picking from my account long after I cancelled free trial and their support team never got back to me to help cancel the membership… I had to block them from my credit card via bank

I really like Guardio and I feel safer and comfortable using my phone. I have was always scared that I would get hacked on my phone. So I would recommend Guardio too protect my computer and my phone.

I heard of guardio from a YouTuber scammer payback and what he does is awesome and I trust his opinions of what’s good I decided to download guardio and for now I’m happy knowing I’m secure
