Doesn’t work

Goes in a loop does not work

Appalling.

Not sure how apple can allow apps that clearly don’t function. I hope NewBook’s clients and prospects bother reading these reviews. I wouldn’t be doing business with them.

Shockingly useless

Hard to believe this app hasn’t been killed off. Nothing in the app works. Literally nothing. But don’t take my word for it - read the many other consistently poor reviews. I feel dirty giving the app even one star. Avoid at all costs.

Waste of Time

I agree with many others. This app is a waste of time and sends you on a continuous loop of following a link that doesn’t work.

Absolute rubbish!

I can’t understand why any company would use an app that doesn’t download even after you needed to use a second mobile devise to register. I’ll just ring the owner of the accommodation I’m currently at to make my payment directly. Stuff an app you don’t need nor does it work.

The link sent to my mobile number does not work. Reading previous reviews this has been a problem for a while. Don’t waste your time with this app.

Waste of time

I can’t believe the number of reviews over an extended period of time regarding the fact the app doesn’t work and sends you into a loop of ‘sending links that don’t work and telling you it’s already sent you the link’ without anything being done… Frustrating waste of time and makes me question whether I should be staying at the accomodation that referred me to this app in the first place…
