On app load am getting an untrusted SSL cert prior to auth. Cant do business on anything that cant build a basic SSL trust.

It is so frustrating to constantly have to log back in to this app—that also makes you change the password every couple months! I dread opening the app and being logged out again. It has cost me the ability to pick up jobs because of how long it takes me to go through the password recovery process CONSTANTLY. Please remove this feature, why does this app have 30x more intense security measures than my bank account???
I find the app almost useless. It was more efficient to just respond to guests in the OTA. Outside of your calendar and a few very minor things like changing a price it is clunky and ineffective. On top of this guest website is not able to operate on a mobile device. So if you’re a person person who travels and is on the go and you need to be able to be responsive, this is definitely not the PMS or app for you.
Be careful guesty charges a lot of money.
This is seriously the worst app. As a property manager it’s useless, unless I want to look at the booking calendar when I’m out of the office or not near a computer.
This is the best app for vacation rentals, hands down. I wish it did even more, but it’s the perfect companion to the desktop and allows you to interact with guests, take reservations, and complete tasks away from the office. I’ve tried other companies “mobile friendly” views and they just don’t work. It’s not a good experience and it’s too cumbersome.
Beyond frustrating tying to use their app and website. Customer service does not exist. It is impossible to find a real human to help with their buggy program. The CIO and COO should be fired.
Would be 5 stars if there were a check all button on the checklists for housekeeping, it takes too much time out of our day to go through the extremely slow checklist that often glitches and misses checks
This app can’t get anything right. Pricing sync is a nightmare causing guests to bargain hunt against high traffic times, support is horrific and when presenting with their absolute failure, they provide no exit to the yearly fee they charge upfront (charging for a full year minimum itself should be a huge red flag). Good luck trying to get payouts to sync correctly, which makes bookkeeping way too difficult. Literally awful in every sense. I will never be a client again.
This app needs so much work done to it... 1.) When I complete a task, I would like to see it removed from my "today" and "incoming" page and put into "history" ONLY. I have completed tasks all over the place and I can't keep track of what I did on a certain day. If I'm looking to see what I did on Tuesday, I have to look in "history" "today" AND "incoming" to even figure that out. 2) I can't sort my tasks by days/dates and it's really frustrating. You can only sort by priority and alphabetical, which is not how my task are organized. PLEASE ADD "SORT BY DAYS OR DATES" so it's not so all over the place. 3) If you are going to add a calendar feature, please allow us to be able to put tasks on that calendar or when a task is scheduled put it in the calendar automatically. Literally no point to the calendar right now.
