Decent but needs work
App is decent, but doesn’t come with the features shown on the preview images. I still therefore have to have 2 apps. When is this going to be fixed?

Why does it take so long to find what videos to watch…?…it always goes straight to the oldedt video and it takes forever to find the one you wish to view by scrolling down…and all these new videos are not there at the bottom when you say they are…very disappointed and find it extemely frustrating
Missing key features
The recent update definitely made the process of using Gumroad smoother, but discoverability is still a bit weird. For example, why is there no ability to search outside your library?

I just downloaded app on my iPad and when I get to the create an account and verification page, only half the screen is visible so literally cannot proceed in using the app. What a waste of time THAT was.

Can’t get off the initial page. Can it be updated?
I’ve purchased loads of items from this app
But when I go to look at my library zilch, nadda, nothing etc…… Surely if I purchase an item on Gumroad free or not I should be able to return to my history so that I can get back to the page later if I delete the item by mistake. Simples. But I have to think did I purchase this one or that one to find out and get an email request to download my files. Doesn’t make sense. Also if there are settings then there should at least be some not logout or detonate account. If I try to search for the items nothing comes up. I did hold some of the emails confirming that you’ve get xyz and whatnot. I don’t see the point of this app at all if you can’t retrieve your purchases!
The links wont open
I have purchased two books and none of them seem to open!! I emailed tge lady and she said its the app. Total waste of money
something must be wrong
When i open the app it just says my library is empty, no options to search for content or even to view my own account
Fraudulent Tax charges
If you don’t live or have a presence in the USA you are not required to pay Tax. This app commits fraud by collecting Tax from foreign buyers. I’ll be reporting this to the authorities if this isn’t rectified within the next week. Todays date March 30th 2024
