Very slow with download the new update what is wrong

Account deleted

Don't waste your money or time on this game. Played for months. Spent a-lot of money. Had 330 mil power and had more than 120k gold in my account. Logged in one morning and account was gone. Had to start from scratch. Total BS. Deleted this sh17 off my phone and will not play any of their games again. Tried help desk. No help only automated response.

I just want to say thank you for making this game i made alot of new friends and this game is really fun to play and the constant events makes the game enjoyable and makes it more playable.

Poor Customer Service

I have 1167 days continuous log in days in gog. On 6 February 2021 back when Blood war was still an event in game , I could not enter blood war to participate. 15 min before the event I contacted customer service , no reply , during the event I contacted customer service again - no response , after blood war contacted customer service again - no response . I Contacted customer service on 7 February and then a preset saying to clear my cache , restart game ect came , all that I did already do during , before and after blood war. So I asked to get the rewards from the event ,they refused to give me the rewards from blood war. Used both mobile data and WiFi and showed them in videos that I can’t enter blood-war. The problem was not on my side . They send me two gift codes with rewards that’s equal to blood war rewards in it example 200 and 500 gold ect .They also send me direct to mail rewards that they say is equal to blood war rewards that expire trying to force me to accept it. I did not expect it and it expired as it was not equal to blood war rewards. DEFINITELY NOT Since then I had numerous interaction with customer service and asked that someone with authority contact me and add my rewards. Still today we’re in dispute and they won’t add rewards .The ticket is NOT closed . All I ask is add rewards to me that is due as it was not my fault I could not enter the event. Maybe somebody here can help help and not just send preset saying we will look Into it or we forwards your request to the developers ect. My best Spike

The worst game you could ever play

So started playing this game in February 2018. At first it was lots of fun due to the people I met on it. Then I started buying a pack here and there, since it was cheap to upgrade. Pretty soon I was overdrawn on my cards, but who cares? I’m rocking a cell game! Then 2019 the devs lost their minds, bringing out new things every 3 months, forcing us to spend more money to remain competitive. Now it has changed to every 2 months. The game is full of bugs that never get fixed since the drive for revenue far outweighs playability. What you spend this month is devalued completely within two months. So, unless you have $50,000 lying around that you can waste and you already have your dream car, move past this game. It dilutes value for money, addicts you to gambling, is filled without fake advertising and you are automatically tied into the terms of service when you install, which means that all the bad cooking “they” do are acceptable and you have to eat it. And that’s just the tip of the iceberg. Not sure if this will ever get published, but if it does, hats off to Apple not bowing down to their vendors!

Bad game don’t bother

They keep changing how the game works and what you need to play effectively. And everything cost you money. As soon as you spend money on your castle stats they bring out a change that makes your stats useless and then you required to spend more money on a new guard system. Stay away from this endless money pit.
