Poor game support

The game only support the once that are able to spend thousands of dollars.

Diversity to heroes

We need a more diverse set of heroes on the game, currently they all almost white, and that reinforces wrong stereotypes, can you please add more heroes of color to the game.

No support

I tried to use app support and were directed to the website. The email address provided does not work. The new patch freez loading on 99%.

This game is EXCELLENT !!

This game is so fun. The graphics are better then any other similar game. I have downloaded a lot of them to compare. The people working behind this game and bringing out updates are day and night busy and making this a fun game for all. So many events and things to do everyday. You never get bored and are always busy with something. Money is not needed to grow in this game. It helps a lot but you can go far and grow strong in this game without money as well. It is very much addictive ! I have more than one account and my main castle is strong as well. You meet a lot of nice people who become family ! I want more people to play this game. You wont be disappointed if you try. Thats a fact ! Thanks for making such a perfect game ROK.

False advertising

Watched a vid, not al all like the game. Vid resembles a FPS type game, this game is like EVERY OTHER massive online base building game.

My honest review!

No disrespect I find it very funny how you guys make a survey to improve the game but you do not mention anything about how do money spenders play a big role on other players quitting the game. That’s something very important you should add but you do not because money is more important than balance. Making packs so cheap has ruined the game and makes people want to quit because money spenders are bullies. I can complain but it’s a waste of my time because nothing will be done to fix it sadly. Updated to your response! ————————————/// Your response is false the game is terribly unbalanced I urge people to be aware of this before trying it!
