You can choose between two subscription options: pay month by month, or commit to your training with Alpha Progression for a year and receive a discount! When you subscribe for the first time, you automatically get a free two-week trial period.

During your trial period you can use all of the Pro features. The initial term of your paid subscription begins after the trial period and only if you did not cancel your subscription via the App Store.

Your subscription will automatically renew for the subscription length if you do not cancel it via the App Store at least 24 hours before its end.

I really enjoy it and as someone who tends to get lost in possibilities it helps with structure for my trainings. I find the instruction video and target muscle functions very helpful in my fitness journey. I wish there would be a more flexible option to incorporate mobility and calisthenics or add cardio to a weight routine, or an option to add your own exercises.

Best gym log app out there period.

As a fitness trainer and a serious gym addict and after trying many other fitness tracking apps I can fully hearted say that this app is nothing less than a masterpiece ✨

Good app, amazing customer support

The app talks about it self. There are many competitors and you might find the UI more pleasant / comfortable somewhere else. For me, what it makes me stick with Alpha progression is the customer support. I had to contact them twice for problems with my credentials, and in both times I got quick feedback, my inconvenience solved and they put on it an extra 9 days (when I was signed out only one) just out of courtesy. Sht happens, is still an app in development, but the team is doing an amazing work. Would recommend 10 out of 10.

One of the best gym workout apps. It builds a training system graded according to the level of the trainee, maintains a sequence of loading the muscles in accordance with the progress, provides full training with pictures and video for each exercise, divides the training well between the days of the week according to the number of days the trainee can and wants to devote to the subject, collects information and statistics about the training and produces a report. Follow-up, and gives a feeling of close accompaniment to the trainee. אחת מהאפליקציות הטובות ביותר לאימון בחדר הכושר. היא בונה מערך אימונים מדורג לפי רמת המתאמן, שומרת על רצף של העמסת השרירים בהתאמה להתקדמות, מעניקה הדרכה מלאה בתמונה ובוידיאו לכל תרגיל, מחלקת היטב את האימונים בין ימי השבוע לפי מספר הימים שהמתאמן יכול ומעוניין להקדיש לנושא, אוספת מידע וסטטיסטיקות אודות האימונים ומייצרת דוחו״ת מעקב, ונותנת תחושת ליווי צמוד למתאמן.
