I absolutely love this app! It’s great at helping me keep track of sets and rest times. My only complaint is that I wish it were easier to mute the Apple Watch announcements as I am usually wearing headphones.
Great workout tracking platform works well with Apple Vision Pro 👍🏽
I’ve been using this app for more than 10 years - even paid for the extra exercises - and now, without any significant changes to the same old app, they start demanding a subscription. Way to go - do nothing different, but make that big MONEY GRAB. I will definitely dissuade anyone I know from using this app.
This has been a wonderful app that includes sync with all devices including apple watch. I’ve been able to create my own exercises using an exhaustive library, track progress and personal records. However, with recent iOS updates I lost the ability to connect the app on the watch to the cloud to access my information. Resync does not work on the watch and reinstall does not fix it either. All other devices are in sync through the cloud. I hope the developers can patch soon so I do not have to use the phone app while working out.
I love this app. I was able to easily create plans for body-for-life, which is exactly what I was looking for. It has animations of each exercise for beginners and now also shows body parts worked after an plan is completed. It has many built in plans in case you don’t want to create your own. You can also export plans to share!
This app makes it so easy to track workouts while in the gym (from phone or watch), and customer service is great at getting issues resolved quickly.
I have been using this app for 3 years but unfortunately since the update I am longer able to add workouts to my watch or the app isn’t updating my workouts at all. I hope they go back to manually adding workouts to your watch because if not I will have to switch to another app.
I’ve used this app since 2018 and was completely enthralled by how user friendly it was and how easy it was to track your workouts. I absolutely loved the feature where they created a workout for you based off of your regenerated muscles and created an hour long workout session that was unique and different than the last workout. Unfortunately I have stopped using it (still paying for it cause I’m hoping it will magically go back to its former glory) because when I ask the app to generate workouts it always gives one actual workout and then the rest are 15 min stretches or cardio or rope workouts that I don’t want. I wanted it to give the hour workout with actual exercises and it doesn’t do that anymore. I’m not sure if it’s a setting I somehow chose or what but it’s very disappointing not being able to have workouts generated that are more than three 15 min stretches or rope workouts for an intended 45 min lift. Very sad about the change and wish I could have the old version back.
I’ve used this app for 2 years now, and have absolutely loved it. Happily paid for the premium membership. In my opinion, there isn’t a better app out there that allows you to run your workouts from your watch. Unfortunately , since the recent Apple Watch update, it’s become unusable. The workouts are almost impossible to update and sync to your watch. It took me over 2 hours to get todays workout to finally sync to my watch. If you’re using your phone anyways, the app may still be good for you. But if, like me, you want to run your workouts off your watch, I’d recommend looking elsewhere
