I am Donovan Raven. I’ve been a HailTrace subscriber for years and the services always been great in getting me where I need to be the best opportunity to sell the most roofs.

We’ve been using hail trace at Lime Roofing and Solar for years and love it! It helps us find areas to work and also allows us to show insurance adjusters if a property was affected by a hail storm. Works great. The maps are very helpful and I really like being able to see the hail history of my current location.

Ever since the app last got an update it has been total garbage. Can’t use it at all. Constant freezing. Can’t look at specific addresses. Can’t pull up weather events. It’s literally useless. Sure the website still works. But I work in the field as a roofing consultant! I can’t be carrying my laptop to people’s houses. If the app on the phone isn’t going to work, our business of 50 employees is going to have to switch to something else.

Justin Hughes took his time to teach me about the application and web browser. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I am new to the roofing industry and HailTrace. After the training provided by Justin today I feel I have a good grasp on the features of the software. The fact that real meteorologist are mapping storms is a wonderful feature for sales and the insurance claim process.
