Hamperapp | Laundry Service

Customer service reps are useless, the app doesn’t work so they threaten to keep your property, terrible customer service experience. Don’t use this company, they’re terrible! Follow Up: Couldn’t process my payment because of their app doesn’t work, but it’s my fault. Customer service rep hung up on me. I’ll never use this company again, they should be ashamed that they provide such rude customer service!

I’ve used this company before and it’s always been ok. (I say ok because the clothes never looked or smelled amazing). Anyways. I noticed I was charged more for my order than the previous order. That didn’t make sense since this order was significantly lighter. They told me it was 37 pounds. I said impossible. As soon as the delivery guy came, I weighed it in front of him and sure enough it was 22 pounds, not 37!!! I took a photo and even with the delivery guys confirmation, I got a message from costumer support saying there was nothing they could do but offer me a coupon. Are you kidding me?!?!

I ordered service for three comforters. They came back damp and smelling awful. I asked for refund and they are just down right refusing. Just steer clear of this company.

I really enjoy not having to do laundry. It saves so much time, and I feel like the prices very reasonable. The app is easy to use and my laundry always comes back nicely folded and smelling fresh!

Customer service was extremely on top of everything confirming how much laundry need to be picked up my expectations as well as a timeframe of pick up as well as drop off they even called me to ensure I was satisfied with the overall treatment of my laundry. I will be using the service again.

This app is quick and affordable when you’re in a pinch - but don’t expect to have your clothes when you think. The date you select in the app is NEVER honored. They always update it according to the laundromat they use. If you select Tuesday, they’ll update it and have your clothes ready on Friday. Dont try to rely on the estimates given in the app at all. It doesn’t really matter what you select. Other than that, it’s affordable if you don’t need your clothes by a certain day/time.

I just recently moved to NYC and didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg for laundry, especially since I’m already on a tight budget. I found Hamperapp after doing some research online, and after noticing the building since I live close by — I couldn’t be happier with taking a chance on something as precious as my clothes. Not only was the pickup and delivery extremely efficient (and surprisingly free!) but my clothes were folded beautifully, the price was actually lower than I was expecting, and the customer service I spoke to about all my questions/concerns was extremely responsive, helpful, and polite. Plus they were even able to accommodate my work schedule since I get home in the evenings. I don’t usually write reviews, so I hope the fact that I’m even writing one for this service conveys how impressed I am by it — I’m only using Hamperapp for my laundry from now on!

This company has the best costumer service chat! No need to waist time waiting just type you issue and come back later and the response will be there and you can keep going! Wish every company was like this!
