Worst App Ever!
First, it doesn't allow me to detele my payment method. An second it's useless. Annoying registration ang long. NO customer support. Avoid it!

Managed the registration process with some pain and soon realised App had next to zero consideration for user! Apart from inadvertently buying monthly tickets in the wrong direction for almost a year, the App seems to decide on its own when to issue you your already paid for ‘10-Trip ticket’. Admittedly, the latest problem seem to get worse when the EU Payment Service Directive (PSD2) became effective. Will Be Deleting!
Akzeptiert meine Adresse aus dem Ausland nicht, obwohl ich mein Land Im Menu auswählen kann. Somit kann keine Zahlungsart gespeichert (Kreditkarte) und Tickets nicht gekauft werden.
Why is there no Apple Pay support? Why doesn’t it support a credit card from another country.
At long last there is an app to use to pay for public transport in certain areas in Germany. Don't expect it to be easy though. Registering is a pain. I even had to trick the app into entering a fake date for my bank card ( card only has a month/year) and the app demands a date. Trying to upload money prepaid is another pain. 3 weeks later my money is back in my bank, I have wasted much time on mails, and I am still using a credit card instead of prepaid. Let's hope for competition that really understands user friendliness! How about it MYtaxi? Ready for another revulution?
This app used to work well, but last 2 weeks in Duesseldorf, it just takes my money and issues me tickets that are rejected by bus drivers and ticket inspectors. Been to Rheinbahn offices but no one can help. Down 15 Euro on unuseable tickets, and can no longer trust this app!
